PRESENTACIÓN DEL CURSO / COURSE PRESENTATION
Pedagoga María de los Ángeles Pérez: La infidelidad es uno de los males que más fractura nuestra sociedad. Sin embargo, para quienes poseen valores arraigados, la restauración es posible. Este curso orienta a las familias que desean reconstruir su hogar desde el arrepentimiento genuino y la gestión profesional de las emociones.
Infidelity is one of the evils that most fractures our society. However, for those with deep-rooted values, restoration is possible. This course guides families who wish to rebuild their homes through genuine repentance and professional emotional management.

- Objetivos / Objectives: Brindar herramientas pedagógicas para el arrepentimiento, la confesión y la reconciliación efectiva. / To provide pedagogical tools for repentance, confession, and effective reconciliation.
DESARROLLO TEÓRICO-PRÁCTICO / THEORETICAL-PRACTICAL DEVELOPMENT
1. El Arrepentimiento Genuino / Genuine Repentance
Teoría: El arrepentimiento no es solo sentir culpa por ser descubierto; es un cambio de conducta radical. Implica meditar en el daño causado, especialmente cuando hay hijos, y decidir dejar de hacer lo incorrecto para sanar el alma.
Práctica: Evalúe su motivación: ¿Se arrepiente por miedo a perder beneficios o porque valora la integridad de su pareja? El arrepentimiento real libera el peso de la culpa.
- Theory: Repentance is not just feeling guilty for being caught; it is a radical change in behavior. It involves meditating on the damage caused, especially when children are involved, and deciding to stop doing what is wrong to heal the soul.
- Practice: Evaluate your motivation: Do you repent for fear of losing benefits or because you value your partner's integrity? Real repentance releases the weight of guilt.*
2. La Confesión y la Prudencia / Confession and Prudence
Teoría: La confesión debe ser temprana para evitar que el descubrimiento sea imprevisto y más traumático. Debe hacerse con humildad, sin culpar al otro y sin detalles íntimos innecesarios que dificulten la sanidad.
Práctica: Antes de hablar, pregúntese: ¿Mi confesión busca reconocer el error o atacar al cónyuge? Evite promesas imposibles; trabaje en recuperar la confianza día a día.
- Theory: Confession must be early to prevent the discovery from being unforeseen and more traumatic. It must be done with humility, without blaming the other person, and without unnecessary intimate details that hinder healing.
- Practice: Before speaking, ask yourself: Does my confession seek to acknowledge the error or attack the spouse? Avoid impossible promises; work on regaining trust day by day.*
3. El Proceso de Perdón / The Forgiveness Process
Teoría: Perdonar la infidelidad es un proceso lento. Factores como la duración del engaño o si hubo un embarazo afectan el ritmo de sanidad. El perdón no es solo para el otro, es para liberar el corazón herido.
Práctica: La persona infiel debe respetar el ritmo de sanidad del afectado. No se puede forzar el perdón; se debe cultivar con transparencia y paciencia.
- Theory: Forgiving infidelity is a slow process. Factors such as the duration of the deceit or whether there was a pregnancy affect the rate of healing. Forgiveness is not just for the other person; it is to release the wounded heart.
- Practice: The unfaithful person must respect the victim's pace of healing. Forgiveness cannot be forced; it must be cultivated with transparency and patience.*
4. Reconciliación y Ayuda Externa / Reconciliation and External Help
Teoría: La reconciliación es un trabajo de pareja. Ambos experimentan vergüenza, miedo y confusión. Es vital buscar ayuda de expertos o mentores neutrales que no se parcialicen.
Práctica: Mantengan una comunicación constante sobre sus sentimientos. Busquen fortalecer no solo el área afectada, sino todo el proyecto de vida matrimonial.
- Theory: Reconciliation is teamwork. Both experience shame, fear, and confusion. It is vital to seek help from experts or neutral mentors who do not take sides.
- Practice: Maintain constant communication about your feelings. Seek to strengthen not only the affected area but the entire marital life project.*

All my work is supported by the pedagogical foundation of international institutions such as UNED and UNESCO, merging academic rigor with practical and understandable application for the whole family.
